One of the challenges with this string is that it is clubbing together two VERY different companies.

While I haven't personally done anything with this particular fund, I do have capital deployed with BAM.

I work with an active investor in this type of market to help her build this private lender army to fund all her deals.

I am writing this because I appreciated the call and while I have no affiliation with them or have experience working with this company nor have I invested with them - they answered the phone immediately. 

What have you been filling your pipeline with? 

Make sure that your tax accountant understands this. 

Yelling won't help.  

Rent it from them and re-rent it out until you own it (see link).
