I think we got a better shot at Greenland and the panama canal  plus I think Trump just like to F with them.

Real Estate I believe has trumped all that in the sheer amount of focus and time I have had to give it to achieve what I consider a well rounded understanding of it on a basic level. 

Not sure what Trumps's stance on this would be, but he is a businessman so I think he would likely do away with this requirement.

Not as big of an impact today, but I can see Trump reinstating the full bonus depreciation idea and making it retroactive. 

Long term vision can trump current cash flow.So I will proudly take the label of property hoarder.

I don't expect a swift recovery from Trump, without some extreme pain.
