I am a physician in NYC, a friend asked me to help a single mother with two teenage children who ended up on the streets after being evicted in Houston.

And I have a teenager once every few weeks walk the project picking up stuff that has blown around.. its frustrating..

I would like to know, what do you think is the best thing to do for a teenager who wants to start in the real state world, While still being at school.

Here in Maryland just outside of the city , teenagers would laugh at you if you offered $15.00 an hour .

I live in a suburb of Indy with my wife and 3 teenage kids.

Ideal for teenagers, single mothers etc looking to make extra cash.

Hi, DavidThank you for all the educational stuff you share, I been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a while and trying to share some knowledge to my 16 year old son but he thinks is boring with I can understand that at his age but there is some occasions  specially when you share sports analysis when you gets his attention, so can you please do a podcast focus on teenagers so I can listen with him when driving to school in the mornings ?

I've been at the property a lot in the last couple of weeks, and tenants are telling me that a group of teenagers will bust through the common entry doors and steal bikes and things in the hallway.  

Not a brand-new build but age-wise it's not even a teenager yet. :-)@Michael S. 

My mom had me as a teenager so she’s young (relatively speaking ) very active and very capable, as am I.
