We weren’t particularly picky about our exteriors but some materials were outright prohibited including vinyl or aluminum siding, vinyl windows (which would have saved us so much more money), and more.

The windows are not wood but rather aluminum.

If it was knob and tube, or aluminum or 60 amp service, a bit of a different comment.

If we replace the siding on it and repaint the shutters and front porch we could get that but with aluminum siding it is not likely.

Our last trip was all the metal , we put in the steel first , and the aluminum , copper and wire last .

Hello, my Business Partner and I are new RE investors in the South-Eastern Michigan area.

There is on step down to a living area - should I build in a ramp, or just provide a movable aluminum ramp?  

I'm 90% sure that they are going to be putting this plant in at the old Alcoa Aluminum plant that is being demolished as we speak.
