Did you remove the little feature that put a little red line under stuff I didn't spell right?

A lot of insurance companies are redlining, they just wont admit it.I have had problems with insurance companies picking up trivial things to complain about in poorer neighborhoods, while ignoring the exact same things in higher end neighborhoods.

All of the negatives you mention are red lines for me.

There are a ton of decent options in Dorchester (five Red Line MBTA stops) and while I've been in that one foreclosure that Charlie mentioned and it is a wreck, you can get plenty of places that still have positive cash flow.David

For anyone that is starting out in Calgary, here is a mapping tool that I use to check land use zoning and property assessment values: https://maps.calgary.ca/MyProperty/ While analyzing one deal, I noticed that some properties have a dotted red line around it.

What you are seeing is the garage and driveway outside of the red lines on the top and the house is RIGHT up against the property line....Here is zoomed in image link: https://imgur.com/a/3Ivgs

Once you negotiate the main business terms in LOI format the LL will submit his lease draft for your client to then send to his attorney (MAKE SURE HE SENDS TO HIS ATTORNEY) for redline changes. 

I think this partnering pretty clearly crosses the red line.
