The house is on the outer street with woods across the street, and a recreation center on the other side of the woods.The man has set up shop at the edge of the woods a few houses up the street.I’m sure this is a huge deterrent for most when buying a house; it would give me pause as well.What should I do?

Additionally, how does the law work when a man and woman are on the lease, and due to a restraining order, the man has to move out.

I don't think the man has a deliberate racist bone in his body.

@Don Konipol Hey Don I appreciate you clarifying the term wholesaling for me, and I definitely didn’t mean any disrespect by calling it an investment strategy, but I appreciate you pointing out the detailed and distinguishable differences of how it is an occupation, and why it doesn’t fit the criteria of real estate investing because I would have never known otherwise man ha! 

Then I run credit report and see they both have multiple accounts that went to collection (mostly medical bills) and the man has 2 convictions in 2015, class C misdemeanor for possession of drugs and driving while license invalid.

Man has instituted governments to protect our rights (see: Declaration of Independence), not take my private property and give it to someone else.

I'm still making my way through the HouseHacking Guide and man has it been blowing my mind only a few hours in...

Either way, I'm sure this grown man has researched the organizations he's most interested in and is clear on their stance.  

This man has made so many changes to our bylaws in such a short period of time.
