I did one property in a duplex nice, but nothing fancy, the other side I called the Bunkhouse and put all kinds of Cowboy ornaments in it, like tables with horse legs, western logwood couch and bed, wagon wheels, varnished pine baseboard and trim, stainless steel appliances, hickory hardwood floors, antique oak hutches and dressers,walk in tiled shower with horses depicted on the shower curtain, elk antler lamp and mirror, etc. 

I've built privacy fencing in the back to hide the junky couple of young guys next door whose idea of yard ornaments are beer cans and old tires.   

One of those ornamental stars for $20 made all the difference and it was all I heard about.

In my market the average home price is under 250k, but I get my clients a gift card and then a nice christmas ornament on year 1, and have a follow up system in place for years 2-10. 

A couple flower beds maybe, some ornamental bushes/trees/plants, mulch to bring contrast, maybe even a very short picket fence if it fits well.

Ban watering of ornamental grass on public street medians.

Replace the frame around a couple of the basement windows 3. cut down a couple of the trees causing the problem. replace with smaller ornamental trees.4. replace the gutters but skip the filter/blocker. 5. 

You are going to have to do extra work and you are giving up real estate.Tips: make sure the bike is kept registered and insured or you will wind up with a large lawn ornament.
