I could be wrong but I thought I saw that Sacramento requires primary residence for the owner for STR.Do you live in Sacramento or nearby ?

I have heard, but haven't confirmed, that these credits can sell for up to $100k per acre in places like nearby Seattle.

I’ve been starting my research by seeing what is being bought and what is on the market, and live nearby so would like to check out neighborhoods, but am wondering which neighborhoods I should invest in?

Any landlord that offers this should have their head examined!
