Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read and provide your ideas.I am just starting out (in the UK), and I have been reaching out to real estate investors on linkedin and facebook, organizing chats to learn more about where they started, where they see opportunities currently in our market, etc.One question which all investors asked me is: What is my strategy?

However, I find a lot on Facebook and LinkedIn, believe it or not. 

@Nedim Tokman, I have never heard of Dolf De Roos, so take what I say with a heaping amount of salt: on LinkedIn it looks like his experience is with "property prosperity".  

I often do this when I'm trying to connect with someone on LinkedIn: I try to find out if we have any mutual connections and lead with that in my message to establish some rapport. 

Also, I am connected with a lot of sophisticated investors on Linkedin and I don't want to lose their respect because I am starting to post educational content when I have never done any transactions.What do you guys think?
