The discussion on LinkedIn has erupted into hearing various opinions as well as strategies surrounding actionable efforts.  

But given most people's diversification is value-add multifamily in the southeast, bought in 2021/2022, and the only real diversification is between one BP/LinkedIn sponsor and the next... well that isn't very diversified. 

I went ahead and downloaded GoodEgg's track record to see how they do it, and let's just say it would be easy to assume they had more control than they did on a lot of the deals.All told, if the company website, and the People that work there according to LinkedIn, are not showing any operational roles, they are likely a capital raiser.
