You'll need documentation of the cost to replace, hopefully, pictures from your cleaning team before their arrival, an owner's closet with lock for supplies, and limit the number of supplies you provide to a determined number.

The major negative experiences for me had to do with ship times (their updates are on the slower side) or what happens if product is damaged or arrives late.

It ensures they did a good job and a thorough job, it also provides evidence of the state the house was in when guests arrived in case there are any guest complaints or guest damage.

Snow plowing was terrible, when spring arrived the common area grass mowing was terrible as well.
