Otherwise make it a nice add on to your rental and give them something descent to work with (within you allowable budget).  

Clean it up a bit to get most bang for the buck add ons and preventative damage items like water leaks.

I actually had a skiptrace that got me a legit number on DealMachine that Propstreams skip didn’t get me.There are some glitches with the bulk list upload and Google Street pic add on that frustrated me this week.

I've seen an unleased add on to the rate, usually at .125%.

It is cheaper with better financing to purchase a property with an existing ADU than add one.

I wish they would work on those before jumping into their own services that you can add on.
