We live in a very intersting, diverse, and complicated market and understanding the intricacies is very important - especially for a new investor.Markets in the same zip code even have their own submarket and tendancies depending on location and its important to look at things hyperlocally in philly.

What markets and strategies are you intersted in as you continue to grow? 

It'll require technology and different inter-state policies in regarding the agreements of sourcing.

Terms are 9.5% fixed 10 year, Interst only with 20 year ARM.  

A good way to look at Atlanta is by interstate corridor and quadrant, e.g. 

The less devices and cords the better. 

On the "bedroom" side of any nearby interstate.  

In 5 years I expect there to be a reciprocal agreement like an interstate compact regarding wholesaling.  

Occupants would end up with cords stretched across walkways.I've seen a couple of demonstration projects for 3D printed houses. 

Due to the low interst rates, I wasn't planning on paying off that mortgage, but in 2021 deided to sell the property for 3.6 times what I paid for it and take advantage of the price run up and market condtions.
