I've just finished my fourth house and am now venturing into short-term and long-term rentals. 

I've just put my fifth rental property under contract and I'm really starting to hate manually dealing with bookkeeping in Stessa every month.

I can definitely attribute a lot of my success over the last few years due to the connections I made on Bigger Pockets and the things I've just simply learned by listening to and reading all the great info available here!

I just wanted to share a recent project that I've just wrapped up. 

I recently found myself struggling to even find a podcast to listen to, none sounded like anything that would serve me in my current state of mind, (out side of BP On the market, let's be honest that's the only reason i have any idea what's going on at a macro level with the economy at all, so anytime a new episode is out there its a listing immediately).  

Having a good team can make a big difference in fixing up a property, avoiding hidden issues, and saving money in the long run.I recently found SureBuild Restoration – they offer a lot of home restoration services and seem pretty reputable.
