If you've seen Jesse Piemons take over the whole film in his five minutes in Civil War, I think you know where I'm coming from.But to get away from that kind of existential dread, I also think that a lot of the newbies that come to these particular forums wonder WHY there are a bunch of people with actual money who have actually done something with it actually sitting at their keyboards typing away here and trying to help others.

But our timeframe is a year from now, so we're still figuring everything out.I work in film/tv post-production and while I may be able to do the work from home thing with that job (at least to some degree), I will need to replace much of my income with this new business.Thanks again- I'm sure I will have more questions as I do some more exploring....

If I could buy and hold a Courtyard District Historical Apartment Building right there on the north side of Fountain right before one spills over down La Cienega into WeHo it would be heaven for me.Also, you can get a lot of location use out of your exteriors because you would have both the "Old Hollywood" and "Hip Youngster Who Found a Cool Historical Place to Live" looks for film and TV.
