Dig deep for online reviews, Better Business Bureau and their State Real Estate Board, etc.- Do be open-minded though as we have many of the above from tenants who claim we illegally evicted them (so, somehow we got a signed Write illegally?)

Check Better business bureau  site for reviews and so many complaints.

Tardus has been in business for 20 years, with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and has withstood the 2001, 2008-09 and 2020 recessions.

My thought is is use the Rent Ready feature of reporting his payment history to the credit bureau so it can work in his favor as a trade line, but I'm wondering if this is an unnecessary added step since he can already pull transactions on his bank side.

Good product, but the enterprise account was way too expensive, so I switched to Profit Drive from the REI Blackbook guys.
