Let's say it's a family of 4, do you make them all pay for the aprox $40-$50 screening package?

I just acquired one from a PM where they were charging a tenant a resident benefit package and a building protection plan.  

Does anyone have experience with Ivory Home’s predesigned materials packages?

Please do this first:  contact the local Housing Authority office in your market area and obtain the landlord package.

We not only offered them a better comp package, but we offered them the opportunity to work for people who knew real estate investing as investors, not just as lenders. 

You can pay for expediting for plan reviews and the best way to "expedite" beyond that is to make sure that your engineer / consultants are submitting complete packages each review cycle.

I’d recommend reaching out to see if any of them can offer a package deal for the sewer scopes you need.
