For those reasons I see it quite remote that any state could come up with legislation to stop a sub 2 transaction or automatically call it.. there is already a vehicle in place to call the loans.. its up to the holder of the note to enforce it if they wish..

I have little confidence in turnkey providers, deals are already hard to come by, if they take another 20% cut before.. much better to buy a property from an owner that is in good condition.

In rural Idaho, it is much the same way. the counties have minimum requirements and if you keep things on the up and up, it should be fine.Now, in a historical district, that is a different animal all together.
