We had Charter streaming available but honestly no one ever used it so we dropped it about a month ago. 

I know their charter / business practice is that they only do business in their local / region...I'll ask my lender in the meantime...Good luck.

The guy sure knows how to sell products. there is not ta legitimate insurance product for protecting sub to .. at least one offered by a state chartered insurance company.

I originally thought it would be an issue and provided streaming Charter but when I would ask after stays I was always told either no one bothered watching TV at all (too busy at the parks, etc) or they all had their own streaming services already and didn't need any.

This was for all K-12 schools in the state, including charter schools.  

Currently, I am deeply immersed in the world of finance, pursuing my Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

In addition HCD is chartered with supporting the various ADU laws and would have written a memo explaining the intent of the SB13 clause.Having an apparent rogue judge rule one way does not negate the laws that have been passed by the state legislation.  

But if you do find an actual state chartered lender that will do a land loan please post it here I would be super interested to know who they are.I use Heritage out of Olympia.

I just dont think this is standard practice for credit unions or any portfolio state chartered lenders..
