2 different properties I used to have, one a LTR, one a flip, had iron bracelets attached to the walls.

The actual items somehow made sense ot her.Purse, red bottom shoes and I think a tennis bracelet were the highlights.   

Same thing happened with a “$5,000 tennis bracelet” I won at a casino.

She, not even on the rental agreement, but has proof of marriage, calls 5-0, guy leaves in bracelets, she gets TRO which prevents HIM from even entering the building, much less what was his apartment.

The NEXT time the cops find them on the property, they get a nice pair of shiny bracelets as long as you have your copy of the violation.Or, build a lockable enclosure, but then you will probably just find them rooting through the rubbish out at the curb once you set it out for pickup.

In so doing, I discovered the Oceanpointe rental agreements were full of mistakes, Oceanpointe did zero background check on the tenant (it turns out he had an ankle bracelet and was awaiting trial for drug charges and turned the house into a drug den), and I had to evict him, and he trashed the house (over $10,000 in damage) upon leaving.  

We're talking guys with ankle bracelets and monitors courtesy of the county lockup, complete incompetents, habitual substance abusers.It's sweet that you guys think that I could swing this repair in late October with three good handymen in my Rolodex.

It's a year or two later and out of the blue a knock on the door, but a half dozen officers with shinny new bracelets for you.

We later learned father and son were wearing matching county monitoring ankle bracelets, the son for drunk driving, the father for domestic violence against his daughter.
