Why not structure your debt in a way you can pay it back.... the attack it.

You will have a heart attack when you get your first inspection report. 

The smell was so bad you would have an asthmatic attack when you went inside.

Bottom line is I used the HELOC to attack my primary principle with large chunks.

I could just see an attorney attacking this full blown as selling securities... because this is what the people think they are buying a gurantee of sorts..

And now presented with the risk scenario they go into attack mode.Yeah, back to start, it looks to me as Marco is pulling triggers that were always there, going to plan Y, Z etc...

This is the kind of stuff I love attacking!
