I do know Walter and have known him for more than 25 years, he is upstanding and he is smarter than the average bear, he's in the deal to help people and I have learned an immense amount from him I am now 67 years old and I bought my very first home by having my parents cosign!

Ramping up this year but my wife and I ultimately plan to move to Georgia in 2027 (we already have a realtor for the curious). 

That seems a little odd, I still send out text messages and I dont have a website.

I personally think being a landlord in Chicago is easy and I have never had an eviction.
