My property manager visited and sprayed the place but it was not effective.

Spray foam (open-celled) is your best option for the walls, if you don't have any.  

So, our tenant killed one on her pillow and yes, it was a bedbug.Then, they sprayed her unit with a chemical and it took care of the problem, because she called us right away.  

I got a repellent spray and I sprayed down all the baseboards.

I just got a callback from a pest control guy who is going by to spray.

Dish detergent does not dissolve solid material, including  some sauces which can spray Pest control should only be sent with proof of pests and they should report back as to whether the tenant caused the repair.I think you have a great tenant you won't have to do much for and can keep for a long time.

The tenant left multiple spots on the driveway where they spray painted home projects without a drop cloth, some spots are up to 3 feet long and turquoise in color.Also there used to be a drive thru gate to the back yard so you could back a trailer or RV in, they took that gate off and fenced across the opening.

If hardware is not a bad style just paint it with oil rubbed bronze spray paint.

I remember seeing videos in China where they had teams of guys in hazmat suits spraying the streets including spraying any peeps milling about.
