Seems that a lot of homes are inappropriately priced as it is with the non-FSBO that I put an offer on.

Alos, I haven't seen them but I believe there some co.s that actually install "private" meters to separate utility usage among multiple tenants on a shared utility.

Does your lease specifically allow the previous tenant usage of the outdoor space where they are "storing" the trailer and spa?

There was on major repair on the water line to the house - wasn't an emergency, it had a slow leak, but that's been all in 2 years.Last fall the tenants didn't change the water bill over to their names right away so I got billed for their usage, which I normally should get refunded for.

If they know they could get a refund at the end of the lease they may be more careful with their usage.
