I recently started reading the book "Making Money in Real Estate" by Douglas Gray.

There is always gray area. 

A sort of gray area is your personal home.

Find that gray area that still represents a good deal for you but a better deal to the seller than an all cash, quick close deal.  

Also, would love to know where the gray matter name came from!

@Quentin NoahHey Quentin l, wholesaling is a very gray area and just starting out with no experience you could put yourself in to a lot of legal trouble.

We use Repose gray from SW for walls, a true gray, imo.

I see this as being more of a gray area where there are clients out there that would install the carpet themselves if they could just to save a few bucks.
