The park has paved roads with curbing, drainage, etc.

What is the curb appeal?

Sometimes the tenant will move out before the set out date, sometimes they will wait until the last possible minute and get their possessions set out on the curb.

I've found that this helps curb a lot of the potential risk and provides a deterrent to destruction of the unit/house, etc.  

Some are very entitled to not even being willing to put the trash can to the curb.

How about curb appeal?

Better for them to face the music now while there is time vs when the Sheriff is at their door and the stuff is being tossed to the curb.
