I like this site because it is on I-10 and 101, two transportation corridors, not far from I-17, two big hospitals, cancer center, Ak-chin Pavilion, Phoenix Raceway, Luke Air Force Base, Camelback Ranch spring training, 6 miles south of Westgate Entertainment District (high rates and year round demand), and no comparable competitors

@Brandon K.Seller accepted your offer as is....except for the title company requirement in the counter.That to me gives you the upper hand in that he accepted your price.I would play hardball and withdraw the offer and see how much he really wants to force the issue when he knows there is a paycheck coming and you basically swipe it from his hand.

I expect that after using Buildium for a while I will migrate all the accounting stuff to Buildium - but for now I am using it for maintenance requests and tenant screening only.I rejected a number of competitors mostly because they did not fit my needs, but they would fit other peoples needs.In the past month or so I have been very harshly criticizing RentRedi.

For example, my Airbnb performs better than competitors even though is smaller because I commissioned an artist to paint a mural in every single room and that made it unique.

For me I only have them in my properties which are in nicer areas because there it seems most of my competitors have them and I encounter tenants who are looking for them.
