In the end, it seems as if this would be a transaction that I would benefit from and could potentially be prohibited.If anyone could provide insight or clarity on this it would be much appreciated!!

Then get the keys and place a large sign on their front yardIf it's a sub to or a wrap, you want to take possession and have 30 days paid on the house upfront so that you can either rented out as an owner or lease purchase the propertyHope that brings clarity to this process, on the seller side
