I recently found a property that showed great on paper, had great cashflow, and from the pictures looked great with new siding, a steel roof, new laminate flooring, and brand new furnaces for both units.

I'm familiar with some websites that simply don't allow links to commercial enterprises, but it seems odd that I could shill your company all I want, like I recommend Cozy,  but you can't.Back to topic, I've just use Craigslist for at least 16 years but just advertised a vacancy on Zillow as well and was surprised with the number of responses via it and its partners.
