I had dinner with the 2013 and 2014 award winners last night (who have also won Houston Apartment Association and Texas Apartment Association awards) and discussed what they are doing at their complexes that I can think about or borrow for mine.  

I would be holding FREE sellers seminars and explaining what to look for.. offer dinner at a nice restaurant.  

@Mark FutalanCrestline is doing more and more community activities; concerts on the lake, dinner on the lake, fireworks, Corks & Hops, July 4th parade, farmers market, and I am sure there is more.

I got a lot of free lunches, dinners and coffee.

Michael if you read this and get to the Bay Area, I owe you a nice dinner and even nicer bottle of wine!
