Unfortunately I just moved to US 8 years ago and only lived in Brooklyn NY and NJ so far, which are the two markets I didn't want to get into due to higher prices and taxes.

As the title suggests, where are the opportunities for flips in Queens or Brooklyn?

I’m pretty new to real estate investing myself, currently wholesaling in my local (Bay Area) market and looking for a multi family property to house hack in Brooklyn.

There are also plenty of these in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood (44109)  and in a few suburbs like Euclid and Garfield Heights.  

During a night out, a friend of a friend was telling me about all the commission he was making through leasing rentals in Brooklyn.

Dont know why this I am having a hard time wholesaling this deal, These number I did are conservative For example 5 Percent interest rate, Needs almost no repairs and is fully occupied And cash flowing great location next to brooklyn and beow market rents that means room to grow :(
