A kitchen that flows into a dining room can make the house seem much larger and spacious than it actually is.

That fact that this is a controversy, stuns me.

(I.E. 120 SF bedroom requires a window that is 3 SF; remember, if the bedroom window is an egress, it needs to be a minimum of 3.8 SF)As for living and dining rooms, a minimum of 5% of the square footage of the room size.

I see the city improving in its culture and dining every day it seems like!

We built an additional bathroom, kitchen and dining room to the main house on the second floor to create a separate apartment.

She convinced my wife to get rid of or hide a lot of stuff, paint the kitchen and dining room the same color and spent $400 or so at Target on a few decorating touches.
