I would make it seem like you just bought the old fridge maybe wrap it in some plastic and clean it real good.

If you’re asking if Olmsted County will catch on since you didn’t homestead a 2nd property... they probably have larger fish to fry, especially if you are still able to get mail at the house you are renting out.  

One on top of each other and the outer layer is thick plastic sheeting stapled,- There's exposed wall from the back room to the garage,- Low hanging ceiling fans that are head height and drooping,- Small side room has no wall to the hallway.

Drive by it on Fri/Sat evenings to see the neighborhood at a different time.Also if it goes south can you sell it or would it be of no interest to any buyers?

I love Pewaukee and when I take my mom out there its were she spent her summers in the late 30s and 40s  we still go out to Friday fish fry the restaurant on the South side of the lake. 

Essentially you would be trading one frying pan for another. 

Expensive Shark iron, gone.They let me walk in and never even KNEW these things were missing.This means, when a renter takes your table, they don't get charged, Vacasa lets them have it like a FREE gift.Every time I asked for a replacement, they would argue that wear and tear was the culprit, even though the appliances were NEW and I was gone 2 years.When they did replace the items it was with CHEAP PLASTIC.
