Municipalities are empowered by NC statute to enact local ordinances, and some do define occupancy limits.

I know I would... they won't cover normal wear and tear.. but beyond that there could be coverage.. and I would be talking to my insurance man or women to make sure in the future your covered for tenant damages in excess of wear and tear.I was in my case other wise I would have lost 30k plus.. as it was I only lost 10k..

I hope to learn to teach... women especially.

I'm the one in coveralls with the line of keys dangling down my leg so I'll drive the heap along with Jim and not care :)  its why when I started my real estate career I did not go toe to toe with the women that were selling houses..

Young women almost always flush tampons unless someone tells them not to -- you took your hit and now you know. 

Some get into gambling  drugs  Girls and the Women who do this its usually jewels trips cloths cars etc..  

Women, what's been your experience with flipping? 

And if the issue is that it's an 80yr old women, then what your really saying is how to be a charity organization, and in that case NOT by being a landlord. 

I know several women paying $2k-$4k for apartments only Los Angeles and they don’t want to buy because they don’t like the areas they can afford.
