I've honestly gotten better suggestions from other posts than from the gaggle posting here, telling me what a horrible PM I must be and should kick these kids to the curb...I don't know whether to laugh my *** off at the sheer unprofessional responses or delete my account here and never load this page again.

I wondered about that LLC segmentation tactic as well but deleted it from my list of predictions because I didn't want to give Her Commisionerness any freebies when she googles her name tonight and reads this discussion. 

I'd already have blocked his number, delete any continuing in coming emails.

I will not respond to any email without contact name/phone #...If the contact only communicates via email, I delete and move on..

But  for login on the app it states email & password..... would continually repeat with no success, deleting the app and reloading, just kinda frustrating.

Realtor.com is great, but I believe the NAR needs to be deleted.
