@Kingshuk Banerjee, I arrive at the same conclusion and have chosen SA over NB since then.

As for application fees, most sites have the fees that the applicant can pay if they are one that is chosen through prescreening to be checked, but Wisconsin limits fees to no more than $20, so not sure if I can do the $28 fee, or if I just have to pay it for the finalists. 

Keystone could have chosen to do the right thing, but by reading their complaints on the BBB and other sources, it is clear that this is an unprofessional and unethical company.

I just made sure to let anyone know that if we did not choose them that the background check fee was non-refundable and if you were chosen, you would get reimbursed on 1st month's rent.

This is a system that you would pay $800 per month for elsewhere… Obviously your team has chosen to use Boomtown instead.

You can probably google a good set of questions to start with and come up with some of your own.From there, your chosen realtor should know a good real estate attorney. 

I'm sure someone is always going to have a conflict with whatever night is chosen so I'd say just pick a date and go with it.
