As for application fees, most sites have the fees that the applicant can pay if they are one that is chosen through prescreening to be checked, but Wisconsin limits fees to no more than $20, so not sure if I can do the $28 fee, or if I just have to pay it for the finalists.

I just made sure to let anyone know that if we did not choose them that the background check fee was non-refundable and if you were chosen, you would get reimbursed on 1st month's rent.
