Don't let the tax tale wag the dog.  

Hi Erik,Here's a brief overview of our investing career to this point; it's kind of the Tale of 2 Cities, as Denver home values were much lower in 2010 than they are today, and I've been the beneficiary of a nice tail wind during the recovery.

Because whenever I think I'm 'missing out' on easy returns, a few visits here give me tales of year-long evictions and squatters.  

She's very active on Instagram, podcasts and various other forums.

I won't get into how I ended up with it because it's one of those woe-is-me tales that no one wants to hear.
