IF this were your property for the entire time the tenant had lived there and thier pets had caused this type of damage I would recommend you talk to a deck replacement person and get a bid for replacing the urine soaked wood.. you will never probably restore this deck the wood has absorbed to much urine.

The biggest mistake I see is people spend a ton of money on websites and squeeze pages, but spend zero on promotion.If I had $10K to spend, I would spend <25% on development and >75% on promotion.Think of it like this: The guy who restores a beautiful car and leaves it under a tarp in the garage, gets only those select invited friends to see the beauty.

Absolutely it's morally right to provide decent affordable housing - I provide good housing and restore old run down propertiesIt's not my problem if someone can't afford a house - it's not a "right" as many would have you to believe.
