We will learn to dream gigantic dreams and set huge goals, this can be harder than it seems with limiting beliefs.We will invite local successful RE investors, business leaders and CEO’s, electricians, general contractors, engineers, and other leaders from our city to dig deep into their mindset and their path to success.This group hinges on consistency and commitment.

S2A will not be a disruptor but the leader of the new homes model working and uniting industry involved while working with local government and colleges/universities for workforce development. 

The successful investor with academics knows what he wants but becoming a leader of an established corp and having other streams of income in parallel to RE is not a bad idea.

Dreaming on, perhaps these places will be funded in part by the religious establishment who nevertheless understand that hungry folks aren't necessarily highly spiritual. 

The leader seems like a cool guy but the tease is "get your education (as in buy the program) and I'll let you in on the deals we are doing". 

She was the nicest woman whose house was so filled with religious pictures it reminded me of the Vatican.  

I have attended a few REIA meetings in my area and listen to Biggerpockets podcast religiously.

this is a leader to get you to repond then its the old credit card scam.. they help you apply for a bunch of credit cards you could get on your own and they charge you 3,500 for the privilege .What they try to get you into is credit cards that have the teaser first year rate then it goes to normal rates. this for someone who can stroke a check can easily be gotten with out these folks. and if you don't have 50k in  your bank account your taking a huge risk of piling up CC debt and then be totally fubared if your deal does not work or does not work on time..

Cause likely i may be acting as project leader/general contractor if there are any large repairs needed.Thanks for the input!
