If the deal comes together as some hope it will float all boats in SE Wisconsin, and if it doesn't you'll be glad you did not depend on it and will profit from the general economic momentum the area is experiencing.

The bank loans are 20 year amortized with no longer than a 5 year fix and balloon payment or float at the end of the fixed rate.

The problem with any type of floating floor like laminate is if there’s a water spill it will stay wet underneath until it’s all pulled up.
