It's a lot safer now and is coming up strong thanks to it's close proximity to the 'Lincoln Park Cultural Arts Historic District' which is a block east of it.

Duplexes are culturally a Southern property type.  

Detroit is more of a city that you have to learn the culture and areas street by street.

I was a little concerned about making the house look more contemporary so we spent a little extra to add a 6 over 6 grid to the windows to make them look a little more colonial, which is the more popular style for this area.

IMO violence in the media and therefore in western culture, along with other social dysfunction prevalent in society today, is a huge and unspoken part of the problem.

Now it is a melting pot of all cultures living there.

This can be accomplish by publishing contemporary, compelling, consistent  and non-commercial video's, articles, blogs, podcasts, social media, live streaming, informative 3rd party links and so much more.

With many tech companies going remote, restaurants and culture life being on hold for the next who knows years, and state of cleanliness of the street- I'm not sure how things will end up.

(I like MFR)-It's got some great stuff going for it - one of the best medical facilities in THE WORLD, two of the best sports teams in the country (Cavs and Indians), rock and roll hall of fame, several fortune 500 HQ's, a flourishing arts/culture/music scene, and the infrastructure of what was once one of the richest cities in the world.
