Yet, there are loans for Mexican citizens residing in the US but I don't know how easy or difficult to qualify.

If you’re home I was built before approximately 2003, Citizens, the state funded  insurance will be your only affordable option.

That loophole won't last forever.The market includes the citizens/public who demand and get zoning laws form their Govt.

I was easy as I knew which deal had each amount of money accounted for.Also, I secured $225,000 interest only with my local bank, Citizen Bank in Corvallis, Or, on my non owner occupied 4 plex near OSU.

It’s a troubling time for many citizens when we work so hard to get a chance at the American dream and boom a person dies!!

He most likely should not hold it personally. typically it is advise a Non Resident Alien of the US to hold RE in a C-corp, this is a terrible idea for a US citizen.

The prior owner had two reductions - a senior citizen reduction and a homestead reduction.  

I am interested in Italy (I am an Italian citizen and now with the pandemic I can get a 30yr fixed loan at 1.73% interest with 20% down) but I am worried about the management.Any experiences that you can share?
