Have an inspector come in and show you wants need to be done in order to pass (no chipping paint inside, outside addressed properly).

Not sure if this is related to the actual credit cards or the card reader/network, but it would be nice to see the processing time of the chip transaction improved.

You can do this once every two years.So one option would be to sell that property tax free and get those chips off the table.
