We have a vision of building a hope center that would provide food, clothing, medical care and other essentials for those in need in our community.

I have had clothes with holes in them going to work when I had a job because I didn't have money for food not alone 10 dollars for more pants back then.I went out to Barnes and Noble bookstore and started reading in the store.

They have to buy food, fuel, clothes, so rents will have to come down as well. 

I mean like you said we don't all need white table cloths and linen napkins when we go eat.. 

We'd have to rewire because most of our wiring is original copper with cloth insulation from 1950.

On the upside we don't deal with faded clothes etc., due to the high dryer heat.

Don't buy or wear flashy clothing, jewelry, ext.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.
