I feel like not knowing the applicants these 8 showings will turn into plus we have already advertised the price, it would be in bad taste to raise the price at this point.

This is not always the case as toxic mold is far different than the Mildew we commonly see in our homes here- in not only biological makeup, but growth habits, color, smell, taste, etc.

The tenants moving in are wealthy and have expensive taste.

It's an acquired taste.

It'll give you a great taste of REI tools and knowledge, and what you will get in the mentorship. 

Don't let it sour your taste for RE, because after this you will probably be one of the more experienced people on BP and be ready for anything!  

I sold the old retro stove left in the house that was super cool, but something that was just too taste specific to be appropriate in a flip.

.) :-) Thankfully that didn't put a sour tast in our mouth but only drove home the desire to LEARN about real estate and becoming entrepreneurs in that space.So if anyone is near me either in Va or North Carolina being that I'm only hour away from Durham would like to reach out and network it would be a great privilege.

I found the area way too plastic and prefab for my tastes so I moved to the bucolic and pristine PNW.  15 years on we are now experiencing much of the same thing in Portland as you well know, so I just recently bought a house an hour outside of Portland which I feel is right on the path of string appreciation and temporarily allows me to escape the displaced Bay Area invaders 

It's too risky for my taste.
