You're probably right about the writing aspect, history was mostly writing.University certainly has it's place in society (not necessarily a great one 😲😂), but what I am gathering from these answers is that the soft skills and the hard work and grit are what make people successful in real estate, and the degree did not necessarily play a direct role.

Some local funding (like waiving soft costs in return for affordability restrictions) can be paid off, but those are expensive.Again, with LIHTC about the only thing is if an existing owner does a qualified contract process (Q/C), but does run the risk of losing the property to a LIH buyer.EDIT - Above comment, I meant: "per the HUD FMR calcs by county less the UTILITY allowance."
