You're probably right about the writing aspect, history was mostly writing.University certainly has it's place in society (not necessarily a great one 😲😂), but what I am gathering from these answers is that the soft skills and the hard work and grit are what make people successful in real estate, and the degree did not necessarily play a direct role.
