I slid a small plastic flower pot over them, but I ended up taking it off because I didn't know if plastic over them can worsen a fire risk, even though the wires are coated in plastic themselves?

It seems like you have made a large amount of money over the last couple years, but very soon you won't have a pot to piss in.

Maybe i'm biased but I kinda like Eric's work too....Not to brag or anything but I think I'm the only "guru" who can bench press 420 lbs.....Okay, maybe i'm a bit too proud of my new personal bench press record that I set this week...but, I gotta tell someone.Heres the thing with me, I don't sell my investing products "for the money", I sell them to have what I enjoy doing (teaching) make sense on some level.....Having people pay me money is part of the give and take of it all.

The appreciation in SLC over the past 4 years has been so great (nearly anything on the East Bench and so much else) and that's a great situation to be in, but the dislike of land lording isn't.  

He always makes me go first, so I lay down on the bench place my hands in the most appropriate spot to push the most weight I can and I can barely push 285.He lays down and pushes 495 with ease.

I live in a nicer home, higher LTV, lower rate, etc and still have a F&C home if everything goes to pot.4.

But when you need me I am there..I understand also that everyone has different goals and that some want to find that honey pot of a private lender that thinks a 7% return on their invested funds is fab  :)Keep up the good work...
