I've looked in Schiller Park, Elmwood Park, Melrose Park, Franklin Park, and the other villages/towns that surround Chicago's O'Hare airport. 

I am working with an Owner to sell 3 properties in Schuylerville NY (Zip code 12871) The owner completed an architectural design and land survey to convert one single family and two mobile home lots into "the largest and finest home in the Village".

There are a whole bunch of vacation rental houses at Crystal Beach Village in Destin and around, that would be grossing way more than what they are, but are "reporting" rental histories of $60K to $70K.

Once again, caught in the grips of analysis paralysis- I love south East Little Village for appreciation in the next ten years & decent COC in the immediate future (but also dislike it because it’s now expensive to get a turnkey property.
