I've lived here most of my life, but I often travel for the Army.

Im unsure of how many HOAs opt out in Indian Wells, so I can't make a conclusion on that city yet.

My brother is in the Army and has friends who have gone down training UN forces or something.  

I live by Indian Rocks Beach and there are a lot of STR here.  

@Joel LazarYour best bet would be to look into Indian Rocks Beach as they don't prohibit STR's.
