As I had said to someone else above, this was decided upon based on that this was once requIred of myself and my husband when we were about a month out from our wedding, and we felt it was a good practice.

@Judy Yablonski - I know you mentioned that Wed/Thur works best for you.

Now I am not really a coffee house kind of guy, there are a number of great breweries around town that are larger less crowded venues if we meet up early afternoon on a weekend day.

By a few business days, could you have found someone to get there Tuesday or Wed am? 

@Josh Collins - I’m sure you will have many responses from our local TK folks so I won’t start listing them (you can also look though previous BP threads).I just wanted to let you know about “Coffee with Investors” at 7:30am on Weds at City and State Coffee on Broad.  

Create a tenant "avatar" and work backwards: When I was in college my brother went to a wedding and saw a photo booth there: the attendants were sitting down making easy money :) We decided to go into business together (with my brother) and have a photo booth business.

We are now expanding after we just merged with NSIC National Strategic Investment Corporation and we now have several investment venues including but not only Commercial and Residential and investment in anything but Bonds and Stocks.

Residential, commercial, ag, wedding venues. 

I am doing inspection this Wed before P&s.I am pretty much on my own in this business.

Where would we look for such a venue?
